I can not for the life of me tell you what these are or what they even taste like. All I can is they are GOOD! If my cousin Ria reads this maybe she can comment on what they actually are since she is just getting back from the Phillipines herself. Nope, not pulburon. I never really cared for that.... too messy! lol
It is more like a finely crushed up cashew with a bit of a caramel flavor and consistency. They are so yummy!
I think it is butterscotch.
