Mother's friend? Cocoa Butter? Baby oil? No, this is what I have been using from the first day I found out I was pregnant. It's very creamy and it stays on all day, and I love the smell! This is my second jar, so you can see it lasts a long time. Bill surprised me and it was waiting for me when I got home from work today.
