I had a beautiful mother's day yesterday. But for a big part of the day, I was really down. Bill was gone and I was sad that I did not get to celebrate my first mother's day with him AND Liam. Then I read something today that made me realize just how lucky I am to have a healthy, happy beautiful baby boy in my life. I am thankful that things like this often come up to make to stop to realize my blessings. Even on the ugliest days, when Liam is tired and cranky and Bill is thousands of miles away, I have to stop and be thankful for what I have. Some people just aren't as lucky. Thank you god for our little Angel. Especially for his health and happiness.
