Liam's very first road trip

We took Liam to Atlanta to see his Grandma and Grandpa Pettignano. He got to celebrate Christmas a little early with them. He had a great time and loved spending time with them!

This was right as we got there. Almost dinner time. The sea bass was delicious!

Every Year our Family Friends, John and Jacque host and annual Christmas party at their home. It's always catered with an open bar, and overall great time with good food and drink. This year was the first year that Bill has been home to attend with the rest of us. Thanks Jacque and John for another great time.

Liam's 8 week checkup

Well, it went a lot better than I thought it would. Liam got 5 shots today and some stuff in his mouth. I left the room and waited in the hall. Daddy stayed with him and held and kissed him while he got his shots. I heard him screaming from down the hall. It was not a good feeling. I cried and one of the nurses walked by and patted me on the back and said "it will be okay". I felt so dumb. By the time I walked back into the room when they were all done, Liam had stopped crying. Bill was holding him and loving on him. He did sooo good! He weighs 13 pounds and is 24 inches long now. He was just a tad cranky during the night but after he nursed he would fall right back asleep, today has just been another regular day for him. What a big boy. When we got home, I went to change his diaper and when I took off his little pants I saw his boo-boos! I felt so bad. I had to get a pic! Poor little guy.
Oh Yeah, thanks Tita Jen for my cool macho shirt, maybe thats why I was so brave- Luv Liam

Life is GOOD!!!

I'm sitting here on the sofa, playing around on the computer and watching the last episode of Boston Legal. I look over at Bill and Liam and see the cutest sight a mommy could ask for. Her two favorite guys, looking very happy and content. Liam has been up and very alert since I've been home from work. Even his dinner time feeding did not put him to sleep. The funny thing is, he hasn't even been fussy, not at all. Just content, looking around and relaxing. I love my life and I thank god every day for what he's given me.

Liam's First Trip to the Beach

Bill and I did a little shopping at Pier Park yesterday and when we were done we took Liam down to the beach. The weather was beautiful so we decided to take a few pictures. Liam really seemed to like the sound of the ocean. He was really content!

Liam is 8 weeks old today~

Liam is 2 months old today! Wow! Where has the time gone? He is growing before our eyes and is getting heavier and longer with each passing day. I had to post this picture from yesterday because he's dressed like a little boy, not like a baby. Not so sure I like him growing up so fast! Makes me so sad..... :(

Oh yeah, wish us luck, he goes in for shots tomorrow! ack!!

I love you little Liam!!!

Go Gators!

Florida vs Alabama Game

I have to say, Brandon was a very good sport for even agreeing to watch this game in a house FULL of Florida Fans. Even though his team didnt win, he sure was a good sport. Thanks B!

Twinky Dinks!

What would a Florida game be without our own personal cheerleader, Willow!

Love you Buggy!!

Who can resist memory foam?

Every morning we have a ritual. When Liam wakes up for his 6am feeding, I take him from his co-sleeper and feed him then put him in the bed with us as I watch the morning news and he always falls right back to sleep. He's so cute to watch that I find myself watching more of him than the news!

Who's Excited???

Thanks John Grogan for writing one of the greatest books I've ever read! I can't wait for the movie to come out Christmas Day starring Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson.

Christmas Gifts

I can explain. I got a giftcard from Bills mom last year for Christmas to Nordstrom. I used it to get these boots and I got them in this past January (yes, almost a year ago). Well, I found out I was pregnant in Feb and had needed to send these boots back for a different size and they sat in my closet for 9 months, my whole pregnancy. Well, I finally got a chance to send them back and I got the right size today! So, thanks to Bill's mom I finally got my boots that I've been waiting all year for! :)

Big Duke

I caught this picture of Duke today as he was enjoying the beautiful weather outside. What a handsome boy!

Best Friends Forever

Lucy just may be the best thing that has ever happened to Case. She brings out the "youth" in him. Sometimes he tries to act like he doesnt like her but he can't fool me! They sleep together every night and they do everything else together too! Two peas in a pod for sure!

April Showers,,,,,,,,,,in December???

One thing Liam has already taught Bill and I is to open diaper very slowly, almost peeking behind it as you open it. While it's funny at times, it makes for doing more laundry than I had expected. Oh, the joys of having a boy! :)
