Christmas Eve at The Adam's House in St. Augustine

We got into St. Augustine at around 7:30 Christmas Eve. The drive was perfect, no traffic and Liam barely made a peep. It tooks us 4 hrs and 45 minutes. Here are some pictures from Christmas eve with Bill's Dad and Debbie and his little brother Matthew.

Troon wanted to be gift wrapped. Yes, I did it and no, I didn't keep it on her very long. She didnt seem to mind it at all. :)

Pretty Tree. BIG tree.

Mr. Nutcracker.

Ok, I must explain. This year Debbie started doing something new. She started doing " The Elf on the Shelf". It comes with a book eplaining the story and it also comes with Tim the Elf. Each night after Matt goes to bed, Debbie hides the elf somewhere in the house. When Matt Wakes up he finds the elf. THe elf "watches" you and reports back to Santa whether you've been naughty or nice.

This is where Tim the Elf was when we got here Christmas Eve. In the kitchen way up top on the cabinets.

And this is where Tim was when we woke the next morning. In Liams bouncy seat.

So, every year, on Christmas Eve, Matt fixes a plate for Santa and all the reindeer. Two cookies and a beer for Santa and a carrot for each of the reindeer. Here Matt is getting Santa's plate ready.

All ready to go!

Now, the waiting begins, hope Santa's here soon.

Bill wand Liam wanted a picture too.

Guess who knocked Santa's plate over? Yup! Bill! Good going honey! :)

All our stocking hung by the chimney with care. Liam's was added this year. Thanks Debbie! :)

Mother "bleep, bleep bleep" his words, not mine! He said his hands were too big to put together Willow's toys that had such tiny parts.
Guess he got them all put together cause Willow looks pretty happy!~ :)
Tita Jen and Uncle B.

Well, two down and two to go. We did our Christmas with the Pettignano's last week (Bill's mom and Bob) and since my sister and I will be with Bill and Brandon's family on Christmas Day we decided to do dinner and some presents tonight with the Smith Family. Jen and I will be traveling with Brandon and Bill Christmas eve, then when we get back we will do another Christmas (a yankee Christmas) with our WHOLE family at mom's on Saturday night. More to come on that one later. For now, here are some pics from Tuesday night at mom and dad's.

Liam's Baptism

What a special day! Liam's baptism was today and he officially became the newest member of our church. He didn't even cry when the holy water was poured over his head. My family went out for lunch after church to celebrate. Thank you everyone, especially Jen and Brandon for being Liam's Godparents! It means to much to us.

Liam's tasting Grandma Mary's cinnamon rolls

When Bill and I were in Atlanta last week we had some of his mom's homemade cinnamon rolls. I dipped my finger in some of the brown sugar/cinnamon syrup on my plate and put it on Liam's lips. His reaction was cute!

I got tagged!

Here is my photo Jen. It's of Lucy sitting in her chair on the back deck. Looks like Case is in the background hunting for something in the cedar tree. Wish it were a little more exciting than this,, sorry! :)

Liam's very first road trip

We took Liam to Atlanta to see his Grandma and Grandpa Pettignano. He got to celebrate Christmas a little early with them. He had a great time and loved spending time with them!

This was right as we got there. Almost dinner time. The sea bass was delicious!
